You just have to register a domain under their name(free service), for domains like .com,.net,.org you have to get upgraded to their pro service which costs like averagely $3-$5/month which depends on the type of service you want.

You’re only few steps away to create your own web.Just follow the steps given below.
Ø Sign up on http://www.weebly.com/
Ø Select the type of site as personal website.
Ø Select add site.
Ø Select add site.
Ø Choose a template of your choice.
Ø Select edit a site and that’s it you are now ready to use the control panel to edit your webpages.
Weebly’s control panel provides drag n drop button which makes it easy to add the desired content you want to that particular page.
You can also customize your template by editing html or CSS(cascade style sheets) codes of the templates.(Try it only if you ‘re good at html and CSS codes)
You can also embed html codes on page editor to get cool stuffs on that particular page.
And that’s it,start uploading the content to be displayed on your website.

Well,there is an alternative to display video on your web page.
Upload the desired video on youtube,then 'click' on "embed video" and simply copy paste the embeded code on your page editor and the video is now available on your webpage.

Embedding of applications into the page editor is also allowed.

Log-on to http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like
Enter your web’s URL in the “URL like”textbox.
Customize the settings as per your choice(eg.width,color)
Then click on “GET CODE”.
A small box will pop out containing the code as shown below -
Copy the code of the first frame and paste it on your page editor which should come after <body> tag and with </body>tag.(<body> …….code……</body>).
Then just copy and paste the code given in the second frame after the </body> tag.
And now your web page has a facebook-like button.
Well,thats it....start creating your own website...!!
